Everyone that knows me knows I was in a horrible automobile accident some years back. By all accounts I should have not survived that day. The long term effects of the accident has been a lot of back pain following workouts and long days of standing at tournaments. There have been many a day I was hunched over like an old man following someone's tournament. I now apply a little “KINK-EASE” and workout without worry of how I'm going to be hurting tomorrow.
