Kink Ease can be very helpful in the treatment of plantar fasciitis. The plantar fascia is the tight band of tissue, or ligament that connects the heel to the fore foot.
It can be damaged through routine walking, running, and weight bearing on the fore-foot.
The proper application of kink-ease can be accomplished by rubbing 1/4 tsp in the soft area of the foot, between the heel and the forefoot.
It should be applied 3 to 4 times, daily, but the most important times are: first thing in the morning and last thing, at bed time.
